Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours after the order is received will be only be refunded if the item has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped and the item remains completely intact, un-damaged and un-opened, then the cost of the shipping fee and a return shipping fee of the same cost amount, plus a $20 restocking fee will be charged. For received items that require refund returns, customer must be notify US Trench Drain by email at info@ustrenchdrain.com within 24 hours of receipt, prior to returning. If any items are damaged in shipping transit, customer must notify US Trench Drain by email at info@ustrenchdrain.com within 24 hours of receipt, prior to returning. Any item damaged after receipt will be not be returned or refunded. Any item cannot be returned for credit if unused after 30 days of receipt.
